Radio broadcast on Kyiv FM. Discussion of explosive projects and efficiency secrets

At the beginning of July, our Head of the CSO Oleh Novyi and CEO Iva Kosheva became participants of the Third Sector programme on Kyiv FM radio. 

During the radio broadcast, we not only talked about our activities, but also about the main ongoing projects, their goals and results. 

We also shared our approaches to achieving high efficiency in our work. We discussed how we manage to keep the team's motivation and productivity at the highest level.

Building a strong and cohesive team was an important topic. We talked about the principles that help us create a favourable working environment and attract the best specialists in the absence of financial motivation.

We are incredibly grateful to Kyiv FM and the Department of Public Communications of the Kyiv City State Administration for their trust and the opportunity to tell about us and our activities.
