The #KDCars project: 135 vehicles for defenders - and this is just the beginning!

Vehicles have become a real ‘expendable’ part of the war. They not only facilitate the work of the military, but also save lives - they evacuate the wounded, deliver ammunition, and provide mobility. That is why in December 2022, we launched the #KDCars project, setting a goal to provide our defenders with two vehicles every month.

However, thanks to your support, donations, and the help of our partners, the initiative has grown significantly. In the first year of its existence, we managed to deliver 28 cars. But already in 2024, this figure increased significantly - 107 cars were sent to the frontline! This brought the total number of transferred vehicles to 135 units.
Why is the #KDCars project so important?
Every day on the front line, Ukrainian soldiers face extraordinary challenges. They need to move quickly, evacuate the wounded, deliver equipment and perform other combat tasks. All of these processes are impossible without proper equipment.
Vehicles in war are not just transport, but a real chance for life and effective fight against the enemy.
Here are the main tasks performed by the vehicles we have donated:
- Evacuation of the wounded. Military medics often work in extremely difficult conditions, where every second decides the fate of a soldier. Specially equipped casualty evacuation vehicles allow them to quickly transport the wounded from the combat zone to medical facilities.
- Delivery of ammunition and equipment. The uninterrupted supply of ammunition and necessary equipment ensures the successful completion of combat missions.
- Mobility of units. Rapid movement of military personnel is a key component of modern warfare. Reliable vehicles allow units to be flexible and unpredictable for the enemy.
Unfortunately, the reality is that vehicles on the front line last from a few days to several months, after which they need to be repaired or replaced. Therefore, the need for vehicles is not decreasing, but rather increasing.
How does the #KDCars project work?
We buy cars in Europe, bring them to Ukraine, repair, paint and equip them according to the needs of the military. Then we hand them over directly to the units that request them.

Each vehicle we deliver is the result of the joint work of dozens of people:
- Volunteers who search for and deliver cars.
- Mechanics who repair and adapt the vehicles to military needs.
- Donors, without whom this project would not exist.

We are sincerely grateful to everyone who supports us financially, helps with logistics, spreads the word and does everything possible to ensure that the Ukrainian military has the necessary equipment.
Your help is not just a donation or a repost. It means saved lives and strengthening the defence of our country.

How can you help?
There are several ways to support the #KDCars project:
- Make a donation - every hryvnia brings a new vehicle closer to the frontline. The link to the collection is in the comments.
- Spread the word - the more people know about the initiative, the more chances we have to raise the necessary funds.
- Help with logistics or repairs - if you have skills or resources that could be useful, please contact us.
135 cars is just the beginning!
We are not resting on our laurels. There is still a lot of work to be done as the war continues, and each new vehicle is an opportunity for our defenders to perform their combat missions more effectively.
So let's continue together. Together - to Victory!
