Kyiv Defenders winter European tour

Our Kyiv Defenders team has returned from the winter European trip, which was an important step in establishing international relations and attracting assistance for Ukrainian defenders.

As part of this trip, we visited England and Germany. We held a number of meetings with NGOs, foundations and other caring people who believe in our struggle and are ready to help Ukraine.

The visit to the UK was not only a great opportunity to meet with our good friend Serhiy Ivanchuk, but also opened up new horizons for us. We spoke to local foundations that actively support Ukraine and to volunteers who deliver humanitarian and technical assistance.

During these meetings, we felt sincerity and faith in a common victory. Each conversation gave us inspiration, destroyed any doubts about indifference and emphasised the importance of ties with our Western partners.
The next destination of our European tour was Germany. Here we met our incredible partners who have already become friends. They have collected a significant amount of urgent aid for Ukrainians.

We did not return home empty-handed. Thanks to this trip, we were able to bring cars and the necessary staff.
This is yet another proof that international cooperation is critical to supporting the Ukrainian army.

We are sincerely grateful to everyone who helped organise this trip and contributed to our common cause. This trip proved that our European partners continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine.

There is still a lot of work to be done, but we are confident that together with such friends and like-minded people we can achieve more.
