Kyiv Defenders at the XIII Civil Society Development Forum “(With)STAND”

On December 5, our team attended the XIII Civil Society Development Forum “(With)STAND” - one of the largest and most important events of the year for volunteers, NGOs, military, veterans and activists. The Forum has become a unique platform for sharing experiences, ideas and plans between those who shape the future of Ukraine.

We express our sincere gratitude to the organisers of the event, ISAR Ednannia, for the high level of organisation and for the opportunity to be part of this inspiring event. Such a platform is extremely important for strengthening cooperation between different sectors of civil society.

The forum was impressive in its scope: dozens of panel discussions, workshops and lectures covering the most pressing issues of modern society. Recovery from the war, the role of volunteers in meeting humanitarian needs, challenges for veterans - these topics were in the spotlight during the event.
The expertise of the speakers and the level of discussions underlined the importance of a professional approach and synergy of efforts to overcome the challenges Ukraine faces. The event proved once again that we are all united by a common goal: building a strong, independent and modern state.

For our team, participation in the forum has become a source of new ideas and tools that will help us improve our volunteering activities. We especially appreciate the opportunity to hear in-depth analytical reports, join discussions and find like-minded people for joint projects.
There are many tasks and challenges ahead, but such events give us inspiration to keep working. We are convinced that sharing knowledge and experience is the key to effective work and a lasting impact on the development of our society.
